
Ingredients:
2 cups jasmine rice
3 cups water
2 tsp chicken bullion
1/2 bunch of fresh cilantro, chopped
1 lime
Directions:
Rinse and drain the rice, removing the starch, until the water runs clear.
Put the water and chicken bullion with the rice in a rice cooker and cook as recommended by your rice cooker.
Once the rice is done cooking, juice lime into it and add chopped cilantro.

My favorite dishes to serve it with are coconut chicken curry, pollo a la crema, and sweet chili salmon (recipe here!)
